Randomly waking at 4am?!!!

Hi all
My LO has slept through 7-8 since about 12 weeks old, recently he has randomly started waking between 3-4 in the morning. He isn’t really crying for a bottle or anything but I really struggle to get him back to sleep.
Any ideas why this might be? 
He is currently having 3 meals a day and 3 bottles a day so it defiantly isn’t hunger!

What’s your nap schedule like? Suddenly starting early morning wakings could be a sign of too much daytime sleep. Maybe drop a nap if you’re doing 3 or more per day and see if that helps.

Mine does the same but it's normally 2-3 and he just lays there talking and wriggling around for ages 😩 not something I want to hear at that time 😅 hoping it's a thing he will grow out of very quickly

Same. Ours coincides with teething and starting daycare but it’s currently 4am and I’m crying my eyes out because I’m exhausted. I just can’t keep working all day then coming home running the house then being awake all night too. I’m hoping its just a phase that will pass once these teeth cut. But man. I feel you.

We went through that for a while. But now things are back to normal so it might just be a phase.

Mine has done this a couple of times.   It's just a sleep spurt they go through.  Be patient and it will stop.   Also, I highly suggest reading "The Happy Sleeper"; it made a huge difference for us.
