Food habits
Is it just me, but I can only seem to eat fatty foods. I was just eating a lovely healthy sunday dinner, and I can barely keep it down, my stomach was literally refusing for me to eat any more.
Now I'm still hungry and the desert comes out...I thought I'll have a bite or two see how I feel and no problem, I can eat that without my stomach being repulsed 😂
I dont know what to do, I dont want to live on junk food, I will be forcing as much veg and fruit as I can in my body, but it's scary when I am starving I have to have fatty foods.
I am honestly being serious, after a few mouthfuls of veg I start gagging and feeling sick and it just won't go down.
I hope this passes or I will end up a house end and scared I get pregnancy diabetes
