When did your baby drop/lightening??

So, my mother in law said I look like I haven’t “dropped” yet. I am 37 weeks pregnant. She said my baby still looks high. 
I don’t know if I have yet either because I don’t know what to expect. This is my first baby. 
When did lightening/dropping happen to you with your first baby??

I’m 39 weeks and I don’t think I will drop based on the shape of my belly. The baby is already heads down since 33 weeks and I feel him super low especially the last two days but belly hasn’t budged

Some dont dropbuntil labor I'm on #5 now and never dropped with any of my babies until I was in labor

My first dropped around 3 weeks before my second about a week before and for me it was so much worse. It feels like you are walking around with a ball between your legs. With my second as soon as he dropped I started having predominal labour so I had that for a week before my water broke and went into labour the next day.

I don't think I ever dropped with my son. Except for when I was actually in labor 😅
