Crying/Sleeping
When your baby wakes up in the night...do you pick them up/feed them right away, wait until he/she is crying, how much crying before you pick them up, etc? I pick up my baby to nurse before she starts to cry or get worked up thinking that will help her eat/go back to bed more quickly but I wonder if maybe I am taking away her opportunity to self soothe/go back to sleep and waking her up more. 🤷🏼♀️
