What is classed as sleeping through the night?

So my 11 week old has been doing 7pm until 7am with one feed at around 2.30am for a few weeks now. So she initially does a 7.5 hour stretch.. when do babies tend to drop the middle of the night feed?

That would be sleeping through the night. I'm not sure how you're feeding your baby but I have read that if you're breastfeeding they tend to keep the night feeding longer and may not drop it.

Are you guys formula feeding? My 12 week old
wakes every 2 hours and does not have a stretch longer than 2 hours...we have NEVER had a stretch longer than 4 and pediatrician says it’s normal. He’s too young to really have training so I would consider yourselves lucky.

You sre lucky.. how much are you feeding her? Mine can sleep from 7-12ish.. then wakes around 3.. then 7

Every baby is different. I read that anything over 5+ hours is considered sleeping through the night. But it might vary from doc to doc. 
My baby girl does 7-8 hours unless she’s in a leap and then it’s back to every 3-4 hours.
As for dropping that night feed, every baby is different. Some can’t. They need it badly. Orhers can drop it at 3 months. It all depends on your little one. Personally the night time is my favorite and I hope she doesn’t drop it! The cuddles are the best.

My son is 12 weeks old and he’s dropped the night feed since 10 weeks old, he will have a bottle at 8:30pm and sleep through the night until 6-6:30am. There would be an odd night here and there where he will wake up around 3:30am for a bottle but it’s rarely

Yes that technically counts as sleeping through as they’ve gone a 7+ hour stretch. 
All babies are different but generally speaking, most will start to drop their nighttime feedings around 4 or so months.
