Should I go ER ? Please help

Question

Tested faint positive today on 3w5days and have been having intermittent dull cramping low right side since Saturday with occasional twinges / pricks/ and pulls in center and left side too. Had brown spotting Saturday and today pinkish sticky discharge. 
I’m worried bc not sure you’re supposed to cramp that long and when I googled the pink sticky discharge, symptoms for ECTOPIC pregnancy popped up 😭 I was in a car accident a year ago and hurt my shoulder and have noticed it’s been acting up recently but not sure if I’m reading I To things now. 
Not sure what to do, should I go to ER or am I being drama queen ? Suffered a CP last month and didn’t have these symptoms.

The ER isn’t going to be able to do anything for you. If you have concerns call your OB.

Cramping and light spotting are very common in early pregnancy, and they can be persistent. Before you rush to the ER, call your care provider and ask for their opinion. If there is a 24-hour consulting nurse line, they might be able to help as well.
As for the ER, there's likely nothing they can do. You're too early to detect a heartbeat on an ultrasound. If something is wrong with the pregnancy, there really is nothing that will stop it from happening.

Google can be stressful. If you're concerned enough, call your OB. The ER wont be able to do anything productive for you, at that point you wont be able to see anything on an ultrasound. If you begin to have extreme pain, you can go to the ER but honestly, your OB is better fit for anything related to what you said.

Cramping is really normal. I had cramps for several days after my positive test (3 weeks and 4/5/6 days) and spotting at 5 weeks. Everything ended up fine. 
You may want to call your primary care provider and see if they do pregnancy confirmation appointments. Mine will, but not until your missed period. You typically just get a urine test and a packet of phanphlets about what to eat and what OTC meds you can and can’t use. But if you are spotting, they will often order HCG bloodwork. 
They can’t diagnose ectopic pregnancy until at least 5 weeks. At that point, they can see the gestational sac in the uterus if it’s a uterine pregnancy. But they can’t tell you if it’s viable until 7/8 weeks when a heartbeat can be reliably found, so they’d only do the 5 week scan if you continue to have ectopic symptoms.

Cramping is very normal all the way through pregnancy.
Brown and pink spotting is also normal, especially early on, it's when the blood is red and the cramping is painful that it's not normal.
It's always worth getting checked out if your worried.

Ectopic pregnancy pain can be “referred” into the shoulder (that’s where you feel it). 
Because ectopic is dangerous I would go get it checked out.
