Nope! Did my research and you can only can take up to 500mg of vitamin c when pregnant and that includes what is included in your prenatal.  
There have been studies that too much vitamin c can trigger preterm labor.  
I am currently sick and usually use this product but staying away while pregnant.

I drank it a few times in my first trimester, and I had a few packets a couple weeks ago when I felt some sinus stuff coming on at 34 weeks. It’s safe!
