EWCM VS AROUSAL FLUID

How can you differentiate between EWCM and when you’re just “wet” from being turned on? I had some wet very stretchy/clear/scantly cloudy CM for one whole day. I was some what sexually aroused thinking about my husband. So idk. I’ve read they are similar, thanks!
