Bleeding when I wipe, (TMI)

So I had some bad diarrhea from anti biotics and I wiped so hard that I started bleeding

Not a lot just small drops and it has stopped but my ass is sore and has what looks like a cut and I’m so worried about it getting infected some how

I’ve been just cleaning with soap and water when I shower and wiping with baby wipes is that okay or should I actually “clean” it and use some Neosporin?
