Not sleeping well without his pacifier...

It’s been about 2 weeks now since I took my 11 month old son pacifier away he only had it at naps and bed time. He did good at the beginning with his naps and going to bed with a silk fabric teether. Now since I am unable to find that he’s not doing well. He won’t fall asleep anymore with his naps he will only sleep for 45 minutes when he used to sleep 2+hours and just sucks on his bottle even if empty. At night now his heart is up 145-160 (from owlet he was a preemie) when he had the pacifier he slept better and sucks on an empty bottle he just finished. How do I get him to sleep better without the pacifier? And stop him from sucking on the empty bottles?
