Hi y'all I have a quick question and I know most of yall ain't doctor's. I have an upper respiratory infection and it's been going on for over a week and I can't stand the coughing anymore.

It's to the point where I throw up every time I cough. My sister was talking about elderberry tablets the other day saying it helps relieve some of the symptoms and shorten the time it takes to get over it. My question is I'm 18 weeks pregnant so is it okay to take elderberry? I already had a weak immune system before being pregnant but now it's worse so I'm hoping that I can some how boost it with this since I can't drink Orange juice due to extreme acid reflux.
