Possible miscarriage😭

Worked out I'm about 6 weeks with baby #2 but woke up with light pink spotting today which has turned into heavier, red blood. It's not as heavy as a period but there's quite a lot of it and when I go to the toilet it drips (sorry tmi) into the water.

Bit of a long shot but has anyone had similar and had a successful pregnancy?

I've been to the doctors this morning who told me to just ride it out, which I wasnt happy with so rang EPU and have a scan a week tomorrow, a lifetime away!
