Any suggestions on what this could be? I've showed my ultrasound to all my immediate family members and they ALL asked if I was having twins?... My mom was there when the tech was doing my ultrasound and she said she was measuring the top one too.

It could be blood. I have a Subchorionic bleed and it looks like two sacs but when you scan through it becomes crescent shaped. The tech has to measure it because they will be watching to see if it gets bigger or better. It could be something else though.

It’s possible that could be a twin but it might not my scan looks similar but there is only one baby the other ‘sac’ I was seeing was a bleed. I’m sure everything is perfect though

Could be a cyst. My ultrasound tech said when you ovulate sometimes a cyst occurs on the side you ovulated
