Is this amount of pain normal ?

I am 4 weeks and 5 days pp and my doctor cleared me for sex 5 days ago, me and my SO started having sex 4 days ago including last night. I never felt any pain during this but this morning I woke up with terrible cramps, it remained me of labor and I was in so much pain it hurt to move. I took painkillers and ended up falling asleep, I woke up and now I’m not in so much pain but it does still hurt.

Is this normal? I’m not bleeding but maybe my period will start soon, or could it be contributed to sex?
