I need color advice ASAP!

My bridesmaids are wearing a juniper ( hunter green almost , a dark green )

And my wedding is very rustic.

I love ivory!

I wanted the men to wear black pants with an ivory top, black suspenders and juniper bow tie

But my mother in law HATED that idea ( the wedding is 3 weeks away and now she decides to tell me it’s an issue ) she wants white.

I don’t want white.

I’m not even wearing white I’m wearing an ivory traditional dress.

I don’t like the crisp white shirts.

She said because my husband is going to be in his dress blues it’ll make him look bad against his groomsmen in ivory.

But because they have a little bit of white in them, she said I can’t use ivory for the groomsmen?

She wanted charcoal pants and white tops.

I can compromise the charcoal pants, and suspenders, but I still want the ivory top..

We have lots of ivory, creams, burlap, tans, greenery and vines. I just didn’t want a bright white.. ivory is white just a toned down white to me.

Will it seriously make my husband look bad if I put the groomsmen in the ivory ?
