5 month baby sick? cold? please help!

my baby is 5 months old and his nose is constantly stuffed!! he struggles sleeping bc he can’t breathe out of nose. he also struggles to eat bc he can’t breathe while eating from his bottle. I am constantly using the nose frida, saline, and sitting in the bathroom while the hot shower runs. we use a vaporizer and humidifier at night. what else can I do?!!! my baby just really doesn’t feel good and idk how else I can help him? do i call his doc? i’m afraid he’s just going to stop breathing at night bc he cant breathe through his nose.
