Ovulation Pain Possibly?

What does ovulation pain on clomid feel like? Or just ovulation pain in general.

I have PCOS and have never felt ovulation before, even during other clomid cycles, but the past few days I've had this mild twinge type of pain in my lower left side almost like someone poking me with a needle from the inside 🤷‍♀️ + some lower back pain.

Could this be ovulation? It's been going on for a few days now but I haven't ovulated or gotten a + opk (ovulation predictor kit) yet. I'm only cycle day 13 today.
