Can an Gyno do both??

So I have a surgery scheduled for the 24th to get my tubes removed. Because it's laparoscopic and an outpatient there's no major surgery happening.

I have a outer hemorrhoid and it's starting to really bother me.

I've had it for many many years but it was always too small to remove and I never noticed it. But now it feels like it's grown and it's just uncomfortable. Since I'll already be out , do you think my dr would even remove it?? I feel dumb even asking this. Not sure if I should ask the dr or wait till after recovery to figure it out.
