Stools should be loose and mushyat this point, even on formula. I would call his pediatrician because he might be struggling with constipation.

Once our babe was on formula, his poops were similar to that. He was constipated! Doctor suggested pear juice but that didn’t help. We give Miralax now!

My baby hasn't had formula so I'm not sure what it would look like. But my baby poop is always loose. He takes breast milk with vitamins mixed in it.
