What would you guys do if this were you?

So my bf and I have been saying how we could see us having a future together. Well the one day I woke up and he was checking this girl out on messenger for like 4-5 mins called him out when I noticed what he was doing. said “ she was an old co-worker and she has really bad low self esteem”. I called him out for checking her out and going To react to her photo. Said he didn’t find her statice. Well today I kept pushing to find out the truth and he said that he found her attractive but he’s saying he wants a future with me and all this crap. Asked if he wanted her to message him and want it to go further he said no. What would you guys do if you were me in this situation?

Dude kinda feel bad for your BF. Oh well if he finds someone attractive we all do. He's pointed out he doesn't want her and wants a future with you but if you keep acting crazy he may change his mind.

If I were you.. I'd work on my insecurities and learn to accept the fact that I am not the only attractive human on the planet.
Seriously girl. You're delusional if you think you're going to find a man who never thinks anyone but you is attractive ever. Go work on yourself.

How are you defining "checking out?" Was he looking at her profile or was he ogling a single picture? If he was scrolling through her profile, it's pretty safe to say you're overreacting.

Well apparently I'm the only other girl that would feel a little uneasy about my boyfriend facebook creepin on some girl he used to work with that he thinks is attractive. It wouldn't make me mad necessarily - but maybe insecure. However, I would be angry that he lied to me, even if it was only to protect me, because when someone's lies to me, it makes my mind wander down a path of possible scenarios in which it would warrant lying in the first place. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but often when I lie it's because, whether it's actually will or not, I believe the truth will come with consequences. 
I understand both sides from an outside perspective. It's very likely he only lied to you because he wanted to avoid the chance you'd be upset by the truth. It's also very likely that it was innocent. I think it's say assume that we all find many  characteristics and features attractive from person to person. 
With that in mind - your boyfriend is no exception. It's human nature for him to find several women attractive, even when he is in a relationship. It kind of sucks, I know. And it's okay to feel jealous, or sad, or angry if that's how it makes you feel. But do to experience, it isn't fair to project your insecurities or your frustration on to your partner and assume that you're less than, from their perspective. 
Unless you notice suspicious behavior or a boundary is tested, try not to take things like this personally and don't obsess over it...obsessing is a dark hole to fall into.

It's okay to find someone attractive but he openly looked for her.. I mean if she liked him.. what would of happened? That's usually how things start.

If all he did was look at her picture then I don’t think there’s much for you to be upset over. Even in a relationship it’s ok to admit that someone else is attractive
