When did your stitches fall out/dissolve?

Hey mom’s! I’m 4 weeks pp, and I’m so tired of having stitches down there! When did y’all’s stitches dissolve? I also tore upward and to the side, so I don’t know if that makes a difference

I’m also 4 weeks PP today. I had a 3rd degree tear. I saw some stitches comes out last week while wiping. A few days before that I had a checkup and my midwife said they were all still there. I go to my 6 week checkup the 21st and she said they should all be gone by then

It takes a little bit longer to heal when you tear upwards. It can take a couple months, I think 4-6 weeks is average though.
