How soon after miscarriage did you ovulate?

First of all, I'm sorry for everyone's losses. I'm currently going through a miscarriage now and while we are so devastated, it doesn't change that we want a baby so bad that it hurts. After 2 years of trying, we are eager to try again asap. 
My question is: how soon after your loss did you ovulate? And how long did you bleed for? I'm also concerned with my HCG taking a long time to go down causing false positives. Any insight would be amazing. This is our first loss.

I had a miscarriage on Sept 12 2019. I bleed for 1 week. I just took a test and got this instantly.

First loss here too! First pregnancy as well! I just miscarried 2 weeks ago, my bleeding only lasted a week. I haven’t ovulated (that I know of, no tracking or testing or anything yet). Like you, I’m scared to test now since I’m afraid I’ll see those 2 lines still and be a mess. I’m just waiting until my follow up OB appointment and to see if they would do blood work to tell me where my levels are. If you need anything I’m here!

i bled for 2 weeks a few days & ovulated a week after i was done bleeding, but didn’t get a period for 4 weeks after my bleeding was over with. i lost my son at almost 15wks.

I had d&c nearly three weeks ago.   Had lots of negative opks and today got a almost positive so I would say I the next couple days I would have my peak. 
And then I’m hoping a week or so my normal cycle returns.   
It’s all so very confusing and nothing is right or wrong as it different for everyone x

They tell you everyone is different and it is true! Miscarried at 6 weeks, bled for one week, got period 4 weeks later. I didn't actually test for ovulation until three months later but have had a regular period the whole time. So likely still ovulating. But have been trying to conceive after one cycle and no luck. Into month 6 since the miscarriage... :-/ Note, I was super anxious to jump right back into trying. But every month still feels hard knowing I lost a baby I almost had. Which probably doesn't help keep stress down. And I definitely cried the first time we had unprotected sex since the miscarriage. So even if you are ready to leap in with both feet don't forget to take the time to grieve, relax, etc...

I was told you can ovulate as soon as two weeks after you miscarry, but it varies per person. If you still have Hcg in your system and you use OPK tests, they can give you false positives until the Hcg is completely out your system. Apparently (and this is what I’ve started doing) the most accurate way to test for ovulation after miscarriage is start tracking your BBT. It’s also a good way to test if you decide to try to get pregnant before your first period. If your temp carries on spiking in the weeks following ovulation it’s a pretty solid indication that you’ve conceived. 
This is my first miscarriage so I don’t have first-hand experience if this all works, but that’s the info I’ve found out. Hope it helps! 🌈

I bled for about a week and my last known levels were basically negative-10. I ovulated 2 weeks from that start of my miscarriage. Good luck to you ❤️
