boils orrr ?

i have two hard lumps that aren't near each but are both filled with white pus. they don't hurt unless i touch them, i don't burn when i pee nor do I itch. could it be herpes or just infected ingrowns ? im really worried one of them has been there for like 6 weeks and it got bigger since I first noticed it but it's still small. also ik I shouldn't pop them but each time i do they refill and I read where herpes have clear fluid instead of white ? idk I this makes sense but help lol. can a herpes outbreak last 6 weeks ?
