Misscarriage?!

I’m having a lot of “spotting”/ brown pink discharge. ALOT. I’m so scared my body might be telling me I’m going to have a misscarriage. What do y’all think?

Update: the color got darker and it got heavier along with some blood. I’m freaking out.
