HELP normal? Newborn poop. Yep. Another poop pic.

My little guy is 3weeks Saturday and EBF. He has had a few stringy poops which I chalked up to dairy allergy and have been working on eliminating it (it’s hard😬) but today he had this poop which is a little much for me to not be concerned. I called the 24hr nurse line and they basically blew my off and said to call the ped but his peds is closed and has no one on call. No other symptoms aside from he spits up often, I also had looked up spitting up versus vomiting and he’s just spitting up. Maybe he’s getting too much foremilk? Anyone have experience with this kind of poop?
