Weight
I am having such a hard time loving my body after baby. I’m not one of the lucky ones who lost a ton of weight because of breastfeeding.. since having my daughter ive dropped about 20 pounds and that’s about it. It’s really hard going from 120-160 and having the extra skin on my belly as well. I’m not big on weighing myself often ( I don’t even have a scale) but just seeing myself in the mirror makes me feel so down sometimes. I catch myself looking at old pictures as well and getting even more discouraged. I don’t know how to get myself out of this rut! Any mamas have advice?
