Canines coming in?

I posted before about how my son is very obviously trying to break in one of his canines first and not either one of his two front bottom teeth. Not sure how long it will take but the one hasn’t broken through yet. Originally I only noticed that side but today I felt and looked at the other side and it’s actually more inflamed and there’s a red blood dot on the other side where I guess the other canine tooth would come in? Do they usually come in around the same time? FTM here, thanks!
