Still tracking food and diaper changes?

Just wondering who is still tracking these things. I have tracked everything since day one.

Never even started. Second kid problems 😂🙈

Since day one! It’s just habit/routine now. I also started tracking sleep when she was around 3M old. Plus it’s nice to have a record in case anything changes because it could mean something health wise is going on. I think it will also be neat to look back on if/when we have a 2nd baby.

I did with my first one. Never with this baby.

The amount of time it took to remind myself to track it compared to the actual time I had to do it. It wasn’t winning out over trying to get some rest between all the diaper changes and feedings. Stoped after two days. It was too much for me. I was stressed enough to now also have to do another thing.

Stopped after like 3 weeks lol before her 1 month appointment. Guess I mentally track more now
