getting pills

So i am planning to go to a clinic or just go get an overthrcounter drug to get “the morning after pill”. Although i’m still not very sure if i should know certain things. I know you don’t need parent permission or an ID to do certain stuff like this. But how do i actually get this pill, do i just go into the drug store and ask for the pill or go into a planned parenthood clinic and do the same? I’m just trying to get on a plan B or get tested. plz don’t respond if this frustrates u, i’m not very educated and it will help me if you try to not be so scorning of me like other questions i’ve tried to ask:(
