How to know if the app is accurate??
This is my second month really tracking my ovulation week, so I’m trying to see if the day the app says is really accurate. I did the baby dance with my husband yesterday, the app says I ovulate today. I’m experiencing cramping and lower back pain. Is this a sign of my egg actually being released today? Or could today still just be a “fertile” day ?
