Could be a boy. 
This is my son’s ultrasound at 13weeks 6days, they told me they think boy but won’t say 100% until my blood test results come in and that come back as male..

I would guess boy, but...it looks a little like lines too and sometimes this early little girls can be pretty swollen...best to wait until the anatomy scan before buying anything!
