Baby stuff should go to the person who will keeping yhe baby majority of the time. Gaming consoles should go to the playing it more. The bed should probably stay in place, like why not het a fresh one where no trash slept on it?

Depends. On how things ended and where y’all stand. When I moved in with my ex husband everything in that apartment was mine except like 3 furniture items. When I left him I TOOK EVERYTHING! He didn’t have a bed or couch to sleep on. I left him a blanket and pillow. No pots, pans cups, anything. I even took the shampoo. We ended that night on VERY bad terms. Looking back I feel kinda bad for taking everything. But at the time he deserved to see the trail of damage he had caused. But like I said circumstances determine the situation

I think it depends on how it was acquired and what was agreed upon. My SO got most of the furniture so I don’t want or need to take that with me, I can buy my own. Also I’d want to move into a smaller place so he could keep the flat as well. I’ll just leave with my things (books, clothes, different little appliances I bought) and leave him the rest. I hate moving a ton of stuff anyway hahah

I think it depends. If the baby will be with you, you should keep the baby items. The rest of the stuff should be figured out between the two of you. When my ex and I split I kept like 98% of everything. He took his clothes, CDs, some movies and that was basically it. He didn't want anything so it worked out for us.
