Change is protocol after failed transfers?

I was wondering for those that have done more than one transfer - did you me doctor change anything in your protocol the second or etc time?

After my first failed FET the only thing that changed was he kept me on prednisone longer. My second FET we got a positive pregnancy test but my levels were low and dropped on my second beta. I just did and ERA and my doctor is administering HCG shortly before my transfer. When my ERA results come back I may have to start progesterone a day earlier if I need to. Good luck to you! Don’t get down, my doctor said statistics are one baby for every three embryos 😀

Throughout the first 4 times they upped my estrogen, tried 2 uterus scratches, added Intralip, added Prednisone (steroids), added Duphaston and tired Tractocil. Twice out of the four times I fell pregnant but didnt make it past the 2nd Beta. 
For my 5th round (the one that’s currently stuck) I went on injections to harvest eggs again but didn’t take them out, just used the really thick lining for implantation.

My last fet resulted in a blighted ovum so I did get pregnant just the embryo didn't develop so we are not changing much this time just going from progesterone suppositories to injections.

Has you done an ERA test? It’s commonly done after a failed transfer to determine the optimal time for transfer/implantation.

Then second time around I was given a higher doseage of Follistim and then he started to wean me off it before the retrieval.

For my 2nd FET the only thing that change was my estradiol valarte...from 0.2ml to 0.3ml

Yes and no.  After first one ended in blighted ovum, we didn't change protocol going into 2nd one.  But, when 2nd one didn't take, we're going to be changing how much estrogen and progesterone I take for the 3rd cycle.

No. Although mine actually led to chemical, so we must have done something right. If second one doesn’t work we will do additional testing before doing third.
