When do you plan to stop breastfeeding?

My plan before baby was always 1 year but I didn’t vote because now after having her and EBF my view has changed. I want to see what my baby wants to do. Once we start solids and get her on that track I am just curious on how long she’ll want to. I won’t go too long though, like 2 years or more. Again, that’s the plan anyway 😆

Whenever she decides she done. But not past 3😂 I call done at that age.

I thought i would be done by 6 mths before but she still sucks for comfort and I don’t have the heart to stop her so we will go as long as she wants it..

I’ll see how it goes but I will do the minimum recommended 2 years and ideally continue if they still want to BF up until probably 4 years, maybe a little longer as per the WHO recommendations. Realistically I’m expecting until they’re about 3-4 x

Not sure yet. I want to make it to a year but if we’re going strong at that point I’m ok breastfeeding for longer.

I wanted to go to 2 years with my first but he threw me away along with his pacifier a day after his first birthday, didn't want to force it. I offered but he just didn't want to anymore. So if my second will let me I want to go to 2 years.

I exclusively pump because he hates nursing but I plan to stop by 6 months, so I’m a few weeks.

I’ll wean at a year but with my health, my supply tanks during my autoimmune flares. With my first, it disappeared at 9 months (40 oz a day to 15 oz a day...) so I’m just playing it by ear and getting through what I can!
