Need advice
Been told I’m suffering from Piriformis syndrome and I just found out I’m pregnant. It hurts so much to move and takes forever to get comfortable. I was told I’d need physical therapy to help relieve the pain. I was wondering what types of stretches and different things I could do to relieve my pain seeings as I’m pregnant and can only take Tylenol for pain now
