PCOS and pregnancy symptoms

I'm hoping someone out there can give me some insight. I have PCOS. I came off my birth control last January and my symptoms havent been as bad as in the past. My current cycle started Sept 8th. According to my Ava I ovulated on September 24. On the night of September 25 I started to spot and by the next morning I was bleeding lightly. I thought my period was super early and I was just syncing up with my daughter but the blood stopped by the 27th. I spotted overnight for 2 more nights and theres been nothing since. I've take 3 pregnancy test in the past week and they're all negative. Can anyone that's successfully gotten pregnant with PCOS tell me what kind of signs and symptoms they had and how long it took to get a positive test? I have an appointment with my OB/GYN in a couple weeks but I'm so worried that I could have cancer and I just need a piece of mind until then. Thank you to all.
