Labor or not

Ok I am 39w 3d and up until today I have never felt any tightening/ contractions. Today I started to notice some painless contractions and I timed a few. They were roughly a minute long and 20 minutes apart but still had some irregular ones. I have to really focus on them to notice them. I’ve had this heavy/cramp like feeling in my lower abdomen all day along with a dull back pain. Also I’ve had bad acid reflux and nausea the last couple days on and off. I have no clue if I’m dilated or anything because my doctor never told me at my last appointment ( very frustrated about that) but I know I wasn’t dilated or anything at 38w. He did mention that he thought I could go into labor before my next appointment which is Tuesday. I plan on calling the doctor tomorrow. Does this sound like early labor?
