Plugged Duct and Clumpy Milk?

I recently started taking lecithin because I kept getting plugged ducts. I have now noticed when I pour my milk into the storage bag that it is clumpy like. Is this normal when taking lecithin? Also, I lost my supply in one boob after the clogged duct, is there anyway to get my supply back?

Do you mean clumpy when you take it from fridge to storage bag? Or straight from pump to storage bag? The fat separates out in the fridge/over time so it's normal to look a little clumpy. Not sure the answer though if it's clumpy straight from the tap lol. For your other breast, just keep pumping and drinking lots of water. The stimulation will help it come back.
