Advice?

So I just recently started the pill back up almost a month ago, before I started it I was getting cramps and my boobs were tender as usual so I was preparing for my period to come. I knew it would throw my period off when I had started the pill before my period started, but I’m almost on my sugar pills already and still no period, is this normal to throw it off that much? And I’ve been having cramps for going on two weeks now, any feedback works just trying to see if anything similar has happened to anyone else.
