Anyone feeling cold like symptoms?

Or am I just actually getting a cold? I never get sick! I am religious about taking vitamins and zinc and now here I am almost 5 weeks and having sinus issues and an itchy throat.
Im hoping its pregnancy related as no one else in my home is sick!

Ugh I’m in the same boat as you! I been just drinking chamomile tea ,eating soup, drinking lots of water and a cough drop here and there but I guess we’re more prone because the immune system weakens when pregnant 😩 feel better

When blood vessels dilate in pregnancy it can happen in the nose too resulting in a stuffy/runny nose, that in turn gives me nasal drip resulting in a scratchy throat. I also get hot flashes and so I’m constantly questioning if I’m getting sick or it’s just pregnancy especially since it’s the time of year when people start getting sick anyway.

Yes!! This morning I woke up with two cold sores, as well. Hormones are going crazy!
