16w1 day pregnant

Hi all, I have a question. I got a umbilical hernia repaired 3.5 years ago, and obviously currently pregnant, did anyone else have a issue with pain or uncomfortableness in the area as they progressed?

Also, feels like I pulled my muscles on the left side of my stomach. Is this growing pains? Gas? My repair possibly? Im trying not to worry and Im in Canada where.my OB doesnt have a direct line to call her with questions, and I also dont want to go to the maternity ward and take away from more serious issues.
