How many oz do you freeze...
I was wondering how much y’all freeze in one bag... and how do you go about not defrosting too much breast milk? Seems like the last few times we had 2 oz left over. LO seems to eat about 4 oz in a sesh but it’s all over the place. I know it’s hard to gage. I’m EBF and want to establish dad into the routine of bedtime.
