HCG and Progesterone Question

I got my HCG and progesterone done by my GP on 10/9 when I was 4 weeks 6 days by lmp, HCG was 8300 and progesterone was 22.0. On my redraw on 10/11 (5w1d) my hcg was 15,456 and progesterone was 19.8. She’s not specialized in OB and drew my levels during my annual wellness exam. Should I call my OB for this slight drop, or is it normal? I’ve had two previous miscarriages. I still feel nauseous, sore breasts, and I cramp but just every now and then and not painful.
