Ultrasound too soon?

Hello, I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant and had an hcg check yesterday and the results were 3,014. But the doctor wants me to come in tomorrow for a ultrasound.. I had a missed miscarriage in June, so they are being more cautious this time. I just feel like they wont see anything being so early, I am not sure if it will make it harder on me if we cant see anything yet. Im not sure if I should push it for a week.
Has anyone been in a situation like this?

I have a history of ectopics so I actually have my first ultrasound tomorrow at 4w1d. I've heard with ultrasounds it's either 6 weeks or an hcg of 1500? I believe. Hope all goes well!

Yes I am high risk so I got my first ultrasound at 5 weeks and another at 5 weeks 6 days both times blood count... it’s very scary but stay positive I pray n I also talk to the baby even though it’s a pea because they feel our emotions

I've had 2 mc in the last year so my doctor wants me to come in as well for an ultrasound. I'm 4w1d. Was gonna go Friday but my work schedule wont permit. So I'm schedule for the 24th instead
