Hand expressing prior to birth!
Hi everyone. I’m due in just a few weeks and planning to exclusively pump. Midwife said not use a pump until after baby born but can start hand expressing from now. For those that did this in the lead up to birth what tips do you have. Like how often and for how long, when did you increase frequency etc. Any other tips to increase production. Thanks!
