Best Buy was supposed to deliver a washer and dryer today, and they didn’t put it on the truck to deliver it. They said the next available delivery is the 22ed.

Ask for some sort of compensation for their error and your inconvenience.

We had this happen with a sofa and we got them to throw in the matching ottoman (granted they delayed our delivery by over a month). You might be able to get a gift card or a free warranty or something out it. But with it only being a week late probably not. You probably signed something that said the delivery date is not a guarantee and may change.

Call and demand something free or for them to deliver it sooner... if you’re a big enough asshoke you’ll get what you want
