Abnormal Pap?

So I got my results from my first pap smear and my doctor said I had a slightly abnormal pap or something? I've only ever been with my boyfriend and I'm 19 weeks pregnant. She said there's nothing they're going to do about it right now that I'll just have another pap done after my baby is born and we'll go from there.. I was told I had BV and that it was common during pregnancy but what exactly does an "abnormal pap" mean? Do I have an STD? Has this happened to anyone else and they turned out fine? I'm so scared
