18 weeks +3 days and feeling baby really high

I’m only 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant but some how I am feeling baby move around my rib cage and definitely at least a couple inches above my belly button. My husband has even felt it with his hand.

At 16 weeks I saw a doctor for a kidney infection who had a feel of my belly and she felt the top of my uterus in line with my belly button, why is it so high? I thought your uterus wasn’t suppose to reach there until around 20 weeks. This my second pregnancy and my bump is huge (however I know what part doesn’t meant that much), felt my first move at 19 weeks and this one at 16 weeks. Sometimes I feel poking 2 inches above my belly button and low down at the bottom of my belly at the same time, it’s like I’ve got twins in there (which I did but other baby stopped growing at 8 weeks).

Has anyone else ever experienced this?
