Just got the call 😭

Finally just got the call from my Dr that I was terrified to get. 3 year ttc with 1 miscarriage last year. Was just told that I have PCOS and I'm in tears. I dont know what to expect or honestly, even what it means at this point. I'm scared, sad, and confused. My doctor is starting out by having me take 2 different kinds of pcos supplements, I need to start taking folic acid again, and a complete change of my diet. Then next month, come back for a check up and start clomid. Does anyone have any luck with this? Or just any positive words? I could really use any kind of (positive) support. 😭 picture just for fun because I would love nothing more than to make this wonderful man a daddy and i feel like my body is keeping that from him.
