Implantation bleeding? Or early period?

Hi ladies 💕 just need a bit of advice. I’m not expecting my period for another 5 to 6 days but I just went to the toilet and when I wiped there was blood only a little bit just unsure on whether it’s my period for implantation bleeding. I have been feeling nauseous for a week or two and I never get my period early. Can you please help a girl out because I’m kind of worried 😕

Update: currently waiting at the doctors to see what’s going on.
